I'm getting nowhere with the book I'm reading right now. So, I've made the objective decision to start a different book-
I'm starting it right now and I will most definately post sosososo soon
I'm starting An Ordinary Man by Paul Rusesabagina, which is the biography of the man who inspired Hotel Rwanda-which I plan on watching as an extra.
I'll post soon I promise!!

Don't worry Casey. I completely understand--there are just some books that I can't read...They're just not "my cup of tea." :-)
I think the new book you've chosen to read will be very interesting. (In fact, I might want to read it myself!) I saw Hotel Rwanda (the movie), which is very powerful and sad at the same time because of the gravity of the situation, and the character Paul shows great courage and selflessness. It must have been extremely difficult for him to do many of the things he did and see the things he saw during the genocide. He is definitely a hero and I'm glad his story is known because it raises awareness of the issue of African genocide and points to the fact that we should not just be bystanders but instead take a role and help others in need. I can't wait to read your posts!
